    I didn't know i could log my fitness progress here :)

    Morning
    Porridge with honey as sweetner
    Fruit salad(Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, 1 kiwi, mango slices), Pumkin Seads, organic youghurt
    Cashewnuts(handful)

    Afternoon
    Home made Stir fry(extra virgin oil, mushrooms, red onions, brocolli, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers) and two wholemeal pitta bread + butter
    Ryvita(5) and peanut butter-bad addiction!:mad:

    Dinner
    Brown Rice, Spinach, tomatoes, red onions lentils...

    Excercise
    35min brisk walk to work
    35min brisk walk back home

    Not heading to the gym this week
