ICS AK74 Trouble

I have a fairly new ICS AK74 that needs repair. When I pull the trigger the motor starts "whirrring" up for 1 or 2 seconds and then fires. Is this something that I can fix or do I need to have it repaired in a shop? If it needs a repair shop, how do I find such a place? Thanks for any help.
