Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey everyone,

    I'm having trouble getting in touch with this website www.snugaustraliauggboots.com.au I need to return a pair of ugg boots and exchange them for a different colour. Problem is, to return them i need a return authorisation, which you have to use their contact us form to obtain. It says to allow 48 hours for a reply. I emailed last Monday, last Friday and again this morning and I havent heard anything from any email. I cant find a telephone number anywhere... can anyone help me out?!

    The urgency is because there is a 30 day returns policy and this is nearly up!!
