What if the girl was under the age of consent?. Would that change your view's?. And thinking about it earlier, I'd be VERY surprised if the girl or even one of those lads were above the age of consent.

second would it change my view if she was under age yes of course its rape.

I remember maybe 6 or 7 years ago when I was in school that there was a picture going around of a girl in her school uniform. Never saw it, but I remember it was all over the news at the time, Gardai being called in to find the girl/photographer. Did they catch him/her, or what was the story in the end?

I remember that. I was in LC at the time and it had been reported that the girl was from the school down the road from me because the uniform was similar. (As in the same colour but it was clearly a different uniform.) We had reporters from newspapers and Paul Byrne from TV3 news trying to interview us about it but all they got was 'no comment.' A few of the guys in my class were bombarded with questions every time they left school grounds even though they explained they knew nothing about it. They soon got bored anyway.

Anyway, it turned out it wasn't from that school and we heard no more about it. I seem to remember some sort of development as regards finding the girl but I could be wrong.

And here I was thinking that stuff like that never happened when I was in school, but it clearly did!
