    Hi guys

    IBC Japan sounded really good but they are now extorting customers on shipping and my friend has been waiting over 1 year for IBC Japan to ship his cars and now they've stopped replying.

    I know this company may have had a good rep in the past but they've definitely changed. We've been in contact in management and they are fully aware of our situation and complaints but all they do is apologize but they won't actually do anything for us.

    They also outsource everything to the Philippines and I've collected many horror stories about them here:

    I just thought I'd post this because I know IBC Japan ships a lot of cars to Ireland a few members here have already had trouble with this company too.
