'Thanks' button missing for some users

There is a limit to how many thanks you can do a day and on what forum. I see the thanks button for rbd, maybe it's just temporary.

It's visible again now. In that thread,, it was only missing for him. Nobody could see it for him, but could see the button for everyone else.

Odd issue.
