Pentium M Availability

Hey all, Anyone know if Pentium M chips are still available from Intel (OEM) at all? To be more specific I'm looking at the "Dothan" (standard-voltage, 90 nm) ones. Pentium M 710 to 755. Or have they come to the end of the support cycle?

Ebay is about the best place to pick up old stuff cheap, I find, in cases like this.

I was thinking more of buying in bulk new. I have a feeling this might not be possible, just looking to confirm my suspicions.
