    Hello again,

    Does anyone know the recommended current price per sq m/ft for Dublin suburban commerical properties?

    It's a new premises obviously without key money and has planning permission for a restaurant.

    Call a few estate agents in the area. Tell them you're looking for a premises matching your requirement and they should give you an idea.
