Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

In the last few days tis gone a bit mad (Ted), last night PC would not power down ended unpluging and rebooting from cold and having another go (it worked), tonight having been in sleep mode I flicked the mouse and the drive cranked into life I went off for a few mins, came back and the monitor would not wake up (stand-by amber light on) turned it off and on but it went stright into stand by so could'nt see a thing of course, tried to turn off PC using Ctrl/Alt/Del hoping that would activate the scroll menu so I could select Shut Down blind, that did not work so again unplugged and rebooted - this worked and the monitor came back to life (by the way everthing that had been running when I left the machine earlier reappeared as if by magic - I take it this is a Vista trick?). I have decided to disable power down for the time being.

The machine is a Dell Inspiron 530 with Home ed 32bit.

    Anyone had similair probs?

Oh why is there no soft boot button?

    Mike.
