Flip the small level at the back of the receiver where it joins the stock, this will allow the top cover to come off, you will then need to pull back the bolt cover, the hop up is a small grub screw (see the pictures below)

    Hi guys,
Just been checking out the X-Charger B6 Balance Charger on the website. Are these things the dogs dangly bits? I use 7.4 lipos mostly and I'm epic fail at technical things so I need something that is idiot-proof! Also want the luxury of being able to charge Ni-Cd & Ni-Mh batts too (without burning my house down:eek:).

Also, how quick do you dispatch? Do you do next-day delivery (to Dublin)? Cheers lads! :)

I have one of those got mine from china as the lads did not have them at the time.

Like yourself I use 7.4V lipo and these chargers work great with them. It took me a little while to figure out the right settings :o but they are really easy to use once you get the hang of them.

If you get stuck send me a pm.

Even though there are safeguards built into the charger and they cut off when fully charged you should not really leave any lipo charger unattended.

Fireproof charging container like a large clay flower pot is a good safety precaution.

The good news is that 2000mah 7.4v battery only takes 15 to 20 minutes to charge with this charger.

    Definately reccomended.

I use hot power lipos with this charger.

I have always got good service and fast delivery from the lads in corkairsoft for other gear I have bought off them.

Another query on this balance charger (yes, hoplite recommended it to me and when it comes to technical issues I trust him 100% so he definitely should be on commission). The specs state input power is DC, do I need to buy a separate DC power supply or does one come as part of the package??

    Cheers, Mark.

For whats its worth Paul, I think its nicer. And from my experience with osCommerce, Zen is more secure and easier to manage.

    Bite the bullet :)

Bullet bitten - may the lord love me.

And i was keeping it for a special surprise :(

The picture of the TM Five SeveN looks like it has an organe tip. Does it, or is it just a stock photo?

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 2,606 Mod ✭✭✭✭horgan_p

no sir it certainly does not ,the orange tip thing is a "rubber bung " put there by marui for shipping.

Thanking you kindly for the info. Would you recommend the Five Seven? Baring in mind I'm a GBB pistol lover, and always liked the Five SeveN pistol. Just wondering what your honest opinion on it is. Honestly, I really want it...christmas shopping is shouting at me "Keep your money" but the Five Seven is shouting "Go on, you want me ;)"

My opinion - it has a huge grip and the mags wouldnt fit in a mag pouch. however this is also the case in the real steel one , so its very much my personal opinion.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,261 ✭✭✭Puding

as paul said the grip is massive and mags are about double the size of a 1911, know for the plus points :) very unique look, crisp blow back, excellent gas efficiency, accuracy and range are above average as you would expect from a tm

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,152 ✭✭✭Inari

How does the grip size compare to an M9? Apologies for all the questions guys, but I do sincerely appreciate the answers.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,261 ✭✭✭Puding

this picture gives a little more context to the size of the mag, its not as large as two 1911 i was a little over the top on that, if you have ever use a magpul miad aeg grip, its about the size, compared to a m9 add about 5mm to the back of the grip and your about there

Lads, Whats up with all the spam email from admin@corkairsoftshop.com and support@corkairsoftshop.com?
    Have ye been hacked?
It doesn't inspire confidence in secure shopping or information security to have bought from ye and then start receiving Viagra and make your dick bigger emails!
I just thought I'd flag it and let ye know.

  • Moderators, Education Moderators Posts: 2,606 Mod ✭✭✭✭horgan_p

thanks for that , the call is logged with our provider , the hack is at their end , as those mail addresses dont actually exist.
as a precaution i've taken the old (oscommerce) customer database offline. the zencart (new one ) is still fine.
