overdrawn on bank account

    i pay my credit card bill by direct debit. i recently had low funds in my account and aib were unable to take the credit card bill from my account. i was overdrawn. i paid the balance after two days, i was just wondering does this have any implications for me, affect credit rating etc????

    If it's just a once off I wouldn't worry about it.

    None whatsoever.

    Worst case scenario is a late payment charge.

    They will be no issues, once it's paid in a few days. I've missed a few deadlines, always use web to transfer funds just forgot the odd time, and still managed to get a mortgage.
