Mr Bell's in the English Market would be a good bet.

There's a place at the quay end of corn market street across the street from Peggy Twomeys food shop, they do Chinese ornaments etc and also a load of Chinese ingredients AFAIR.

As far as I know I think there is a Chinese food shop over across the river from Merchants Quay, as in over Patrick's Bridge. Its next to the Macau casino and the back entrance of the Metropole hotel. Hope thats enough!

If you're anywhere around the Douglas area, Superfruit in the Douglas Village shopping centre has a huge range of Asian cooking ingredients, including lots of fresh produce.
