Oil change help

Im looking to change the oil in a 1995 2.0l toyota celica st202 jap import. Is there anything important I should do before/after. Can anyone tell me what size (volume) oil I get for this model and what the best oil would be. Cheers

Be sure to replace the sump bung washer to avoid an unnecessary oil weep.

And try not to drop the sump nut into the oil drain pan!
