Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The more ventilated the area the better, if it's in a cramped TV stand with no air getting near the vents on the 360 itself the higher the chance of it over heating.

I have had mine sitting verticaly on my floor since I bought it and have had no problems with over heating.

It's probably best to leave the door open when you're playing it.

I have mine in a little unit thingy, and just pull it out (the xbox, that is!) when I'm using it. I used to just leave the door open, but that lead to a three ring crash, so I just keep it well out of the unit to let it get as much air as possible.

I have mine in a tv unit also. The heat build up inside it is unreal if I leave the doors closed.

Yes you are. I had two 360s broke over this, you could have the back fans facing outwards with the glass doors open.
