    I think this is nuts, why not subsidise the fishing/building/maufacturing industries which need help?

    If the name Waterford Wedgwood can't secure a loan then its time to close shop. WW has been in terminal decline for more years than I care to remember at this stage.

    Promising to pay back the loan does'nt mean it should be given.
