Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interrailing Route?

I was just wondering if this route is a bit too much for 30 days of travelling.
    - Flying into Warsaw
    - Krakow
    - Prague
    - Vienna
    - Bratislava
    - Budapest
    - Zagreb
    - Venice
    - Maybe Florence
    - Milan
    - Zurich
    - Stuttgart
    - Frankfurt
    - Amsterdam
    - Brussels i.e. Rock Werchter, flying out

Let me know if this is a bit too much for 30 days. Do the trains run during the night? Is there camping areas around nothern italy that will be better than the major cities to save money? And will hostels have to be booked in advance?

The route seems ok, but I'd change it slightly, look at what you are going to do in the places. What I'd probably change is leave out Bratislava altogether - we just hated this place and there isnt much to see here that isnt in Prague or Budapest, in Croatia i'd go further south than just Zagreb - maybe to Split and Hvar, and finally in Germany i'd go to Berlin if it fits into your route back to Amsterdam

Trains usually run during the night, but it can be diffficult to sleep on them

There are campsites that will be cheaper, but usually these are in rural areas and intended for people with cars. You might be very bored on them. When I was interrailing we bought a tent but used it once, wasnt worth the hassle with all the extra stuff you will have to carry
