Where to find Xanthan Gum

Folks, Wondering if any where around the city centre that stocks this! have tried H&B, Nourish and all the other obvious health food shops. Also looking for Gluten, ideally a bakery supply shop would be great! (will try Dublin Yeast Co. but need some alternatives should they prove unsucessful) Thanks.

I am pretty sure you can get Xanthum gum in Down to earth georges st and I think health matters grafton st have it aswell.

Down to Earth, great shop bit pricey for some stuff! got the Xathan gum though, they also have a pretty good gluten free section.
