I just ran the speed test on www.irishisptest.com and got these results:

39.2ms avg. Jitter
49.5% avg. packet loss
99.8kbps D/L
31.9kbps U/L
Round trip time 130ms
Max delay 322ms

Can someone Interpret these results for me?

Would getting an aerial to attach t the card in the router help?
