NoNameRanger would definitely be a sound choice for hunting, I'll second that nomination.

I would like to propose the following individuals;
1: Rovi: A gentleman with an encyclopaedic knowledge and a nice attitude, especially to newcomers.
2. RRPC: a knowledgeable and helpful person especially in the areas where facts were more valuable than opinions.
3. Sparks: because everybody on this section of the Boards has come to expect a row over trivia and he has shown himself to be the master of this area.

IRLConor seems to be V. helpful.
Foxshooter243 know his stuff, would be a great mod.
Vegeta, rrpc, Rovi all good.

Think we need a good spread of disciplines in the mods.

Air Rifle, Clay shooters etc.

Personally I would like to see Antique firearms represented by someone knowledgeable on the subject, they're under the same laws so I feel they have as just a case for discussion here as in the Antiques & Collectables forum.

We need non political (in a shooting organisation/s context) moderators on this forum or we will end up with more political type fallout..........

If elected my first move will be to ban all other mods, and change my boards name to OVERLORD.

I will then provide free implants to both male and female subjects (who am I to judge)! Make Ireland the new silicone valley.:D

To solve the housing problem we are faced with, I intend to provide cheap and affordable housing, in the form of Wendy houses.;)

I will also, chain myself naked to the gates of the DoJ offices, until every shooters demands on boards are met.:cool:

I will organise shoot em up days. These will consist of members of boards been able to use there firearms to shoot at old cars filled with tannerite.:eek:

I will also organise trips to Yemen for shooting tours. :pac:

I've got to break my vow of silence for this!
I doubt anyone else will be able to bring quite such an eclectic blend of policies and ambitions to the position, so it's a done deal as far as I'm concerned: chem for OVERLORD!


Seriously though (:rolleyes:), for the record and for what it's worth, I found Sparks, Rew, and jaycee to be helpful, enthusiastic, and conscientious fellow Moderators 'back in the day' and I'd have no objection to any or all of them being reinstated.
All the other (serious) proposals above would be good appointments too, particularly those named in relation to the Hunting forum.

Zaraba and TheHair, thank you very much for putting me forward lads and the kind words but I don't want the job I'm already a mod elsewhere and it takes up a lot of my time as is. Besides that, compared to most of the names mentioed here already I know S.F.A.

Now the forums are split out it does make sense to have specialised mods alright

To be honest there are lots of down to earth blokes here and the list is as long as me..........arm :pac:

I suppose the admin folks have to pick knowledgeable lads who are also here a lot to clean up.
