At least the escorts etc who are'ny drug addicts look after themselves and use protection. Many young women(as well as men) now a days sleep around wthout using protection and while drunk, which increase chances of condoms being missused. These girls are actually more likely to catch std's than a carefull prostitute. Also porn stars do same as escorts(sex with stranger for money) and most men would'nt have prob with going out with a porn star
