Vodafone phone as a modem !?

I have an N95 8GB with Vodafone and was thinking about getting 3G broadband also, instead of buying their USB 3G modem i thought i could just use my N95 as a modem and sign up for one of their data packages, however they tell me the best package i can sign up to is 25MB for €15 a month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Compare this to o2…

Compare this to o2 and they offer 1GB for €15.00 or 10GB for €30.00 a month as a broadband add-on also using your phone as a modem !

Is this correct ? Vodafone give you 25MB for €15 whereas o2 give you 1GB for the same !!!!
