Getting a parking permit in Dun Laoghaire

I need to apply for a parking permit next week in Dun Laoghaire. How long will it take them to issue the permit? I'll have a lease as proof of address, but will I have to have any other car details addressed there too? (nothing like that is mentioned on the website, only proof of address like a bill/lease). TIA!
