    The judgement was today rrpc, but the case would have been in court before this. It seemed too clear a correlation.

    Maybe so, but I still don't see how the judgement could have been known or even been a hint of it.

    The last hearing of the case was 4th April according to the court records. The thread was started on the 18th.

    Sorry to be a slowpoke, but I haven't been able to follow this. Is the restricted list coming into force on the due date or not?

    No dimebag, it's being delayed. By how much isn't certain, and there's even a valid question as to whether or not it can be brought in given the recent high court case O'Leary v Maher.
