Can anybody help us figure out the controls of our fridge freezer. I have attached an image of the controls shown in the manual. Just need to know which setting is the coldest for the fridge and freezer because at the moment freezer is not freezing up, the temperture light is not lighting up for the freezer. When the fridge is cold the freezer is warm, it is just a matter of figuring out the control settings but we have tried a few times but no luck. The model of fridge is Haier TRF285 if anyone can help please

The further clockwise you turn the knobs, the colder the compartment should get.

The knob to the left is for fridge, the one to the right is for freezer.

Maybe turn the freezer knob halfway, and then adjust either way if its too cold/warm. Even at its lowest setting (except where if knob is turned FULLY anticlockwise, which could turn freezer off) I'd still expect the freezer to freeze to some extent.

It's possible you might have a thermostat or gas problem.
