As much as I hate the GAA, I wouldn't try to stop anyone playing (despite their efforts to stop people playing other sports). Let people do what they enjoy, I wouldn't ban any sport.

Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. The British Medical Association calls for a ban on these. Repeated blows to the head cause brain damage, and lead to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's idisease in later life. However, boxers will argue to the death about how "protected" they are with head gear, how dangerous other sports are, and how you can't live life without risk, in a pathetic attempt to justify what they do. They don't want to admit that they've been stupid by boxing, so they continue doing it to save face.

Also anyone who trains kids to box, with their fragile undeveloped brains and skulls, should be ashamed of themselves. Instead they delude themselves they're actually doing good! Pathetic.

Which is why I said many not all. I was getting more at Wrestlers and BJJ.

The grappling and ground game is a matter of taste. Submissions aren't pansy
yeah i dont mind the submissions once the fighters are going for submission and not energy gain....the only plus side to this is ground and pound.....:)
