Hard luck Anthony. You gave a great effort and never gave up. Impressive. Ship me $16.85. Well done. Hope you enjoyed it.

    43416.

Have been very card dead and the large stack to my right is able to raise the pots before me and I just don't have anything to come over the top of him except for AK once.

Picked up AA in the SB but only managed to take down a small pot on the flop.

He was so quick to call my cbet that I thought he was on a draw of some card. The Ace brought the board 3 to a flush so I was going to just check behind both streets.

mormank [observer]: well he wasnt faar ahead there

lol, the guy with A7s was more likely to win the hand. Two overcards and a flush draw makes him a favourite.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,585 ✭✭✭mormank

lol. still a good call. kinda. he figured the guy was bluffin. and he was, with best hand!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,472 ✭✭✭AdMMM

I did have a heart though which I quickly factored into the 50ms it took me press call :).

What I will say is that in the hour or so I've been at this table, I've been watching every player and this particular player only pushed off the flop once before at that was with an OESD. So I just went with what I had seen him do previously.

Another, probably more plausible explanation is that I need to go deep to make these 5 hours worthwhile!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,420 ✭✭✭✭LuckyLloyd

lol, the guy with A7s was more likely to win the hand. Two overcards and a flush draw makes him a favourite.

yes, we know. But given what is in the middle it is plus EV to call with the 66. And he did it instantly. Giddy up imo. Less of the negativity Darragh cheers.
