    Hi,
anybody know who would be reliable and reasonable for this job...

I have a car stereo and need it installed. I also want to get my speakers replaced as they are factory fits and quite flat.

    I have an 01 Audi A4.

Basically looking for someone to install the stereo and help me with advice and installation (or buying) of new speakers.

    Thanks in advance.

there's lots of threads in here with instructions on changing head units. Once you have the correct removal tool and the correct connection for the new radio it only take a few minutes.
I've never changed speakers so I can't help with that one.

Thanks for the advice but I am useless at this type of thing and want to get it done properly.

I don't know the area but Halford's is an option. Think they install for around €90 or something.

Is that €90 for speaker installation too? It's the speakers I really need some guidance on. What size, spec, etc. The stereo installation is relatively simple, but beyond my abilities.

Went into Halfords in Coolock a while back, merely to enquire about a pair of rear speakers. Might as well have been talking to a donkey, for all the response I got.
