Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Whats the difference between white paper and green paper in terms of papers that go before government and government discussion before an act is signed into law?

One is a discussion document and one is the bill?

    Colour is an obvious answer.

id say its the white paper they have to sign and the green paper is what goes into their pockets once they sign it! ;)

White is the last one before official announcements and green is earlier on along the planning stage (the first draft proposals?)

Google will probably give you a definitive answer...
