Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi reading forum for some time. First time poster.

Does anybody have any experience of the LSI Dip courses? I'm thinking of applying to do one this Autumn in family or trust\estate planning. Just about have the FE1s wrapped up. Are they just another money-spinner by the LS or have practitioners actuallly found them useful besides adding a few letters afters ones name.

Also I notice the Mods are very keen that no legal advice is sought\offered as per Charter rules. I can understand why defamatory comments are not obviously welcome and anything sub judice but why not advice? If anonymous people seek/offer opinions/advice from anonymous others surely its a matter for them? Boards as I see it is merely the medium. Somebody or a Mod might explain this to me.

    Cheers
