Hi,

Just looking for a bit of people's expenience, my car which was hit only two weeks after taxing it was initially to be scrapped as per conversations with my insurance but the scappage company now is putting it back on the road and as a result I cannot claim back the tax.

Secondly, I signed the back of the registration certificate and the guy from the garage took that with him, is there any way that I can verify if the ownership of the car has been handed over to the garage, I did get him to sign a page stating that he accepted possession of the car on the date of collection.
