I bought a rucksak from http://www.fieldandtrek.com/ on 29.03.08 (UK €66, IRL €120) and it still has not arrived. It is only coming from the UK. I have emailed them twice and have got no reply. It could be just poor after sales and the site was advertised in a reputable mag but even their tracking link does not work properly. Anybody else any experiences dealing with them?
