Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    by David Winner.

Has anyone read this book? Is there a soccer books sub-thread already in this forum?

    Anyway, here's my question:

I remember in the book Winner mentions this guy of Moroccan origin who plied his time on the streets of Amsterdam just doing kick-ups and tricks with the ball, a sort of footballing busker if you will. While he seemed to have loads of natural talent, I remember it was mentioned that he had trials for one or two of the top clubs but things didn't work out. Does anyone who owns the book remember his name, also what became of him, has he featured in any Nike/Mastercard/Amstel/Heineken/Sony/Coca-Cola/Pepsi ads since?
