    I was just wondering has anyone ever done any quality courses before, what's involved in them. I did quality briefly as part of course before but my memory is a bit sketchy and I don't remember much about it.

    I was looking on the NSAI website they have a 2 day course (Guide to ISO 9001:2000), has anyone any experience of this course. This is the Standard hat the company I work for has been awarded.

    Can anyone recommend any courses I'm in the Waterford area. Does anyone have any advice.
