Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Legally binding debt

I am currently pursuing some bad debts for my company who have been promising payment for 1 year+, Is it possible to present these customers with a sort of promise of payment document? The reason I ask is because I would like to hire a debt collecting agency for anyone who will not sign the form and obviously tie down anyone who has.

Legal advice cannot be given out on this forum. I would advise speaking to your company's solicitor to discuss what steps you can take on such people.
