    Has anyone had any problems with service from Setanta Sports?

    My friend signed up two months ago, they've been taking money from his account and he still hasn't gotten any service. He's rang them 8 times and still hasn't gotten anything. Now he just wants to cancel it (even thought he's a sports fanatic) and can't get them to do that either..

    anyone else had something similar happen? if so, how was it resolved.

    I think this sort of thing might happen with lots of satellite/cable companies....
