mastercard securecode - only available for aib customers?

    I want to buy a particular product online. The website requires the customer to be regsitered with securecode if they use mastercard, and require the customer to use credit card to purchase. I'm with bank of Ireland and it seems from the mastercard site that the only irish bank registered with securecode is aib. Is this correct? Why aren't other banks registered?

    It's being rolled out across banks bit by bit. Same with Visa's Verified by Visa system.
