Eircom Broadband - Help!

I have been having problems for the last 5-ish months with Eircom my internet is slower than anything ive ever seen, Ive rang and rang they have got an engineer to call me, he was no help said he could do nothing. At the moment this is what I get after 4 in the evening My line stats are Speed 3072/384 (kbps) Line…
