Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

should make for a cracking match now that they're definetly playing for a uefa cup spot. after all the shock results this year I'll be alittle disappointed if they don't win

Don't care for them, and they shouldn't be allowed to enter Europe.

kdjacls tip for Pats is to go to Wales, prefarably The New Saints (copycatting bastards) but a 2nd trip would be nice to Cardiff.

    Rubbish.

What has not caring for them got to do with it?

If the EFA let them into the cup, they are entitled to the same prize as everyone else.

lets face it, it is in the best interests of the football that Pompey beat cardiff and end all this bollox once and for all. ;)

A non-English club side to represent the EFA in Europe should Cardiff win the EFA Cup? I thought UEFA would never allow that!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,065 ✭✭✭✭Malice

I think it has been justified by saying that Cardiff are representing the English Football League rather than the country of England.

No, here it's still the FA.

That's the associations official title, much the same as the Irish Football Association, the Football Association of Wales, the Scottish Football Association, and the Football Association of Ireland.

I don't see the need to add an E when no confusion exists.

Does anyone leave the I out of FAI?

Arsenal play in the 2nd tier of the Honduran league system, I think to avoid confusion we should start calling the N5 version English Arsenal.

    ;)
