Sorry if this is in the wrong section but didnt know where to put it.

Just wondering if anyone here knew of companies that let you drive a car from one city to another for free or actually pay you to do it?
Looking to move all my student gear from Manchester Back to Dublin but the ferries are bloody expensive (about €400 return for 2ppl + car).

Ive heard of car relocations in the States and Oz but never from England to Ireland, though it could happen. Ring up some car rental companies and ask, you'd have to have a full clean license Im guessing.
Otherwise you could look into shipping your stuff home and flying yourself though that could just as easily cost as much as the return ferry trip with a car:(
