n73 3pay problems...

    Just bought an n73 with 3 today.However,im having the following problems with it:

    When I turn the phone off the screen stays white and the phone doesnt turn off

    The phone occasionally crashed when I dont use it for extended time periods

    Is there anything that I can do to fix the problems or should I just return it to 3?

    edit:Also,is there anyway that I can get rid of that annoying 3 software everyime the phone turns on?

    oh wait i'm not a mod. But seriously there's nothing you can do about it, it's a dud. To get rid of the 3 software you have to bring your new one to an unlocking type shop and get it flashed with generic firmware. But some me the 3 related stuff won't work properly then

    and bring it back asap. If you wait too long they'll send it off for repair instead of giving you a new one on the spot
