Ah we all have a vice! Sure i used to drink very heavily and smoke ciggarettes as well but both of them have gone by the way side while i keep in the occasional joint!!!

Basically, when you see me telling someone what they do is unhealthy it's most likely because i have done it in the past!! lol

haha I am the same! Love the occasional one but I'd rather the boozing .

I train alot too and its unreal the difference when your drinking compared to not drinking. Endurance is nearly cut in half ! Still get some work done though.

I have a hot date tonight with my boyfriend* and a school reunion thingy tommorow night in town so it will be a good weekend for me
and yes I feel like doing SFA but sadly that is not the case

If you have a mac, download an app called the filter, it creates playlists for you based on criteria you give it.

Every day is the same for me so Friday's nothing special, apart from having more time to spend with the GF seeing as she's off. Which is always a good thing.
