Mirrors edge is quite easy to get achievements in, although you'll have to work at it to get the full 1000, but you can get about 400/500 just by playing through the short story.

Nearly all kids games are easy to get achievements in

Fable 2 and Fallout 3. Both very easy and fun.

That Floppy Tomatoes person on the true achievement leaderboard never plays any games. I think their dead and should be removed from the leaderboard, only fair and will make me number 1

Sonic's Megadrive Collection is a pretty soft 1,000. There are some sticky ones in there (finishing Dr.Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, 80k in Flicky), but most are very easy.

Happy to say I haven't played through any games just for points. I've certainly played some games alot more once completed just to get achievements though. GTA 4 being a prime example. Really do wish I'd left that one where it was and not gone hunting down the achievements cause I was just pure sick of it by the time I was done and still didn't have 100% of them.

Stick to games you actually want to play and you're score will increase and you'll enjoy it as it does.

WWE Legends Of Wrestlemania. A couple of days casual play and i have 900. Could prob get the 1000 in one day if you have the time on your hands!!

But like the rest said, play the games u want. Don't support ****e games just to get a few measly points!

Why the hell not? sitting on your arse playing video games is as pointless as it gets, you do it because you enjoy it ... if someone else enjoys getting points then what's the big deal? ... if you enjoy playing 1,000s of games of Gears ... so what ... different people like different things.

I personally can't understand why people have to have the latest and greatest games on release day for oodles of cash, Resi 5 will still be the same game when I play it a year from now, only it'll cost next to nothing. Getting points is a great reason to check out some older cheaper games, perhaps games you wouldn't normally play, and it's an added incentive (for some games) to play the arse out of it and "finish it".

I'll give it a stay of execution though, achievements have become a bit cheap on One , that list missed a few really pathetic ones like Nutijitsu but included Ori? Haven't played Ori but didn't look to be an easy one to get 1000 on.

I like achievements probably more than most but even retail games seem to be for the most part easier completions than back in the 360 days and now all games in the indie/ID@Xbox ones have 1000gs.

Quick check of my stats for one would confirm this

Calex dEUS has won 1,832 Achievements out of a possible 1,880 (97.45% Completion - 48 remaining)

Calex dEUS has a GamerScore of 47,910 out of a possible 50,620 (94.65% Completion - 2,710 remaining)
