Quick Question - Inclusive Rate per Minute

Afternoon, im thinking of getting a bill phone on meteor on the 20 euro a month option. The "Inclusive Rate per Minute has me a bit confused".
It says that the inclusive rate is 33c. But if theres free minutes with the contract what does this mean as further down the tariffs calls outside of the monthly bundle are 20c.
So my question is what is this 33c call cost

Sorry if this is a stupid question, i tried ringing the meteor store but im not getting any answer.

you get 60 inclusive minutes for your €20.

€20/60m = 33c per minute

it means that by getting 60 minutes for €20, you're effectively paying 33c per minute for them. you don't pay it twice

it is a bit odd that the inclusive price is more than the outside minutes price and it's what's stopped me signing up
