Glass Prescription!!

Hi again, Just wondering, if anyone knows what the correct readings should be on a glass prescription?? I have Sph, +1.25, then looks like 05!! or is this OS? All other columns are blank.. Writing so small, just looks like a scribble!! any ideas..:cool:

OS just means Right eye. So you have a prescription of +1.25 in your right eye. Sph means sphere that just means there's no astigmatism in your eye. You are slightly long sighted

i think its more likely DS which means Dioptre Sphere which means your prescription is spherical ie there is no cyl-astigmatism as pointed out above
