Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Porting A Number That's Already Been Ported On 3

    I bought a 3pay phone in the carphone warehouse today and ported and 086 number over to it,I didnt mention that this number had already been ported over to three on another phone .

    Does anyone know if this will cause any problems,im asking because the 086 number is important for me to keep.
    Just wondering to hear if anyone has done this and had problems or if it went ok,

    You can't port a number from 3 to 3. You ask for a sim replacement.

    are you saying that your number was already on 3 and you've tried to port it to a different 3 sim card?

    that will absolutely cause problems. i'm confused as to how you managed to get through the process at all

    what you want is an upgrade pack where you keep your sim but get a new phone. unfortunately, 3 don't do upgrade packs like the other networks so when you buy a new phone you just have to throw away the sim card that comes with it

    Does anyone know if you are on 3 can you port to meteor/o2/vodafone and the next day port back to 3 and get the free call credit with your new phone?

    that would be possible but i think you might have to wait a period of time before porting back. for some reason the figure 30 days is in my head
