Aritech CS250 problem

Myself and a friend installed a Aritech CS250 about a month or two ago. Everything was working fine till about a week ago now its displaying an error message sensor main req. I reset the panel it seem to go away but came back up on it after a day. Anyone know what this fault means and what could cause it. Thanks
