Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why does the style of the Italian League matter if you arent interested in watching half the 1s you follow?

I have always considered Serie A as my primary league but I like the Bundesliga as well. I'd be very surprised if this doesn't turn into an EPL vs. Eircom debate

If everyone broadcasting Italian,English,German,Spanish league as top 4 i am saying of all these Italian sucks, other leagues are worse and less watched and broadcasted so i dont pay much attention on quality, only watching results to keep my self informed, but of these top 4 i am saying i dont like italian at all

Serie A is the only one I watch regularly. I dip into the English one now and then to remind myself why I don't watch it :D

Italian league would be my primary league, then spain then Dutch then German then the scottish, then maybe one premiership game a year but it hurts to watch it.

i love watching atletico madrid this season because Aguero is amazing to watch and there is some other decent forwards there too.

and dutch league has always so many goals and i lived in holland so im used to watching them games.

I forgot to mention that i actually watch quite a bit of the portuguese league because there are matches on at 9 on sundays on Betfair. Very entertaining

Wouldnt get to watch too many live games except the odd few from la liga.

Like to try and catch Goalissimo on c4. Has all the leagues right down to south america.

Serie A, bit of Spanish/German I have very little time for the Barcley Card Kick and rush "best league in the world" according to Andy Grey league to be honest.

Eircom League, Bundesliga and La Liga.

I keep an eye on Italian results and the table, but I rarely get to watch Italian football.

    Eircom League.

Irish League, if I can catch any games.

    I like La Liga.

Having lived in Sydney, and attended Sydney FC games for a whole season, I keep an eye out for the A-League too, but highlights are hard to come by tbh.

    I'm a football numpty...i'd watch anything:o

Premier League and La Liga, the main 2, but also catch games from Scotland, France, Germany, Holland and Portugal. Haven't seen Serie A at all the last 2 years - have no channels that show it.

Usually go to an Eircom League game once a week - Shamrock Rovers if they're playing in Dublin.

Have you seen much of Lisandro Lopez up front at Porto? Watched a few Porto league/Champions league games and I think the guy is sensational and would make a huge impact at any Premier League club...wouldn't mind at all if Utd got him.

Probably just below the Bundesliga in terms of standard. It's where the bulk of our international players come from.

In my opinion the Eircom League is improving season by season. I'm not going to pretend it's of top standard, but they're are teams that try to play good football, which is good enough for me. I'd place it between the Championship and League 1 in England. 4 to 5 years ago I was going to games and thinking 'what the hell am I doing at this, watching this kick and rush crap', such was the abysmal quality on offer, but I'm glad I stuck with it. There really are some excellent players about too. As much as I dislike St. Pats I can freely admit that a player like Keith Fahey should be in Irelands senior international squad. There are a handful of others that should be pushing for places too.

Between Championship and league 1 is about right.

Sky had a highlights pakage each week for the last A-League season
