How to fit a vapour barrier???

    Does anyone know how to fit a vapour barrier correctly?

    Just a quick edit to give it a proper title,


    as for the question, where exactly is it being fitted, stud wall, conc wall, roof etc

    In my timber frame I stapled it to the studwork and ceiling joices making sure to tape all joints and then gluded it to the floor. I also taped it to all the opes (windows and doors) to make it as airtight as possible.

    No - I wouldn't get a hoe to fit a vapour barrier!!!!
