Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Car Accident Claim - Small Claims Court??

    Hi all, I'm new to this forum. In a bit of a pickle...just wondering do the small claims court address issues like looking for claims from a third party who hit my car in a road traffic accident? (3rd party not accepting liability!).

    I know the Small Claims Court handles consumer issues primarily but their website states: "Claims can also be made for minor damage to your property." - I am just wondering would my subject fall into this category?
