    In fairness most people on here, being emergency services of one shape or another doesnt really need it but I can see why they issued it. There is a serious amount of people out there that lack basic common sense.

    In Templemore we were once asked what we would do if someone rang the station about a serious assault taking place, one guy said "Dial 999" to which the instructor stated "You are 999!" :D

    I think the same people who are complaining about money being spent on this leaflet, would be the first ones to complain that government did nothing to prepare us, if a disaster would happen. And it's not that unlikely.
